Surat lamaran atau dalam bahasa Inggris disebut dengan aplication letter, terkadang tergolong susah bagi yang tidak pernah membuatnya. di sini, saya coba berikan contoh sebagai bahan referensi yang dibuat dalam versi bahasa Inggris.

By sending this letter, I am interested in applying application for an English lecturer at your institution according to my educational background.

My name is Iis Sujarwati, I am twenty five years old. I have graduated from my bachelor degree of English Education at teachers and training faculty of XYZ University on March 2011 with a cum laude predicate. Then, I have finished my master degree of Language Education Department at BCD University on 24^th July 2013 with a cum laude predicate.

I have over five years in teaching English at school. My English skill is good (oral and written). I consider myself that I have qualifications as you want. I have good motivation for progress and growing, eager to learn, and can work with a team (team work) or by myself. Beside that I possess adequate computer skill.

Herewith I enclose my curriculum vitae, which will give details of my qualification. I am waiting for your inspection and I am available for interview at your convenience
